For a long time I felt trapped in my own brain

I watched myself repeating old harmful patterns and addictive behaviours - and felt powerless to change them. A friend told me mushrooms might help, and gave me a small amount to try. 

That first experience helped me step away from my own mind and take a look at what was really going on. I saw space around my learned patterns and behaviours, and felt clarity about the changes I needed to make to move through them. 

I wanted a consistent supply of mushrooms to deepen my healing journey, but my friend was all out and I didn’t know where to get them myself.

I tried picking my own but ...

I didn't know what I was looking for and didn’t want to poison myself. I did eventually go out with seasoned foragers - but mushrooms are hard to find and often in faraway places. Also, the growing season is short where I live.

I found some suppliers but ... 

They were happy to charge me a lot of money for a small amount of mushrooms. Potency was often inconsistent so I couldn't always predict the strength of my experiences - and I didn’t know where the mushrooms had come from, so I felt less connected to them.

I researched growing my own but ... 

I didn’t know where to start. I wasted a lot of time getting confused with conflicting advice on the internet.  I’d heard lots of stories of failed grows, and I didn’t want to waste lots of time and money on something that might not work. I also didn’t have much space and didn’t want people to see what I was doing.

BUT THE MUSHROOMS WERE CALLING ME

I knew there had to be an easy and discrete way to grow them

I kept my resolve and trawled the internet, read books, talked to growers and tried all the methods I could get my hands on to find the ones that work.

AND I STARTED TO SEE RESULTS!

I discreetly grew and harvested big crops of healing mushrooms in very small spaces.

I dialled down methods to make it as easy as possible to grow big crops for under £150 / $200.

I continued to explore and recalibrate my mind with a consistent supply of high-quality healing mushrooms. I saw myself moving through old patterns and into new ways of being in the world.
